Matt Naunheim: Movie Poster
Artist Statement
My project is a 18x24” movie poster for the video game Call of Duty Black Ops 2 and I made this poster entirely in Adobe Photoshop. For this video game the roman numeral 2 is the main logo and many know this game just by the logo. That is what led me to use that roman numeral 2 as the main part of this poster. This then led me to create it so that the movie is within this logo. Posters are meant to commercialize a movie and give you a sneak peek at what is in store so that's why I have all the images within the logo because it gives you a look “inside'' Call of Duty Black Ops 2 and what to expect from the movie.
This project for me was very important as it truly encompasses what has given me happy memories throughout my life. The reason why I say this is because my whole life I've loved movies and video games. This is why I chose to do this movie poster project about Call of Duty Black Ops 2, which has brought me nothing but amazing memories in my life and still does. Movies have also been very enjoyable for me, even now as it's always fun to go see movies on premiere night. This poster meant a lot to me as it captured 2 big things that helped shape me as a person and represent what makes me happy.

Im still working on getting this poster professionally printed but for now I have pictures of multiple pages taped together so thats it the size it will be. The size of the poster is 18"x24".
