MU: Library's copy: Text rubricated in red and blue ink with annotations in contemporary brown ink. Bound in full brown leather with brass catches (clasps absent), cornerpieces, and bars along bottom edges of wooden boards. Covers have borders of ruled lines and stamped floral motif creating an inner panel of quadruple and triple ruled intersecting lines forming lozenges, stamped with tooled lozenge-shaped floriated designs, including "pineapple", crowned with leaves, with forearm and hand emerging from design. Several different watermarks on various papers used for the text: contemporary watermark of crown without arch between chainlines above the letter X, two other unidentified watermarks; and contemporary watermark of Mary in a shield adorned with a crown on blank pages proceeding and following the text (Mary in a shield); with late nineteenth to early twentieth century paste downs. Some printing errors in running chapter divisions. Purchased from Johanson Rare Book, Baltimore, Maryland, Feb. 28, 2011.
