Readex Digital U.S. Congressional Serial Set Map collection includes high quality images of about 52,000 maps of all kinds, dating from the 1400s to the 1970s. The collection ranges from global maps to maps of building interiors; from inter-oceanic canals to city sidewalks. It covers an incredibly diverse range of topics. It includes but goes far beyond the typical political and land use maps, maps of military conflicts, trails, roads and waterways. There are maps on almost every conceivable topic in history, including alien labor, underwater tunnels, nightclubs, asteroids, shipwrecks, medical care, women's rights, nearly every tribe of American Indian, and much more. These maps are part of the full Digital U.S. Congressional Serial Set database, but this special map module was created to facilitate access by geography, subject, and date. [more]

UM Digital LibraryAnyone can use

The University of Missouri (Library Systems) Digital Library at http://digitallibrary.umsystem.edu/ was decommissioned as of December 29, 2016. It was founded in 2001 and included text and image collections from the University of Missouri libraries and others in Missouri. It's development was overseen by a four-campus Library Systems Office, which included a digitization facility. The digitization of many of the collections in the Digital Library was funded by state LSTA grant. The software used for the digital library (DLXS) is no longer being actively maintained or developed, and the legacy University Digital Library platform has become less stable over time. Fortunately, much of its content is duplicated in the Missouri Digital Heritage site. Other collections have been migrated to other digital repositories. [more]

UNBISnet is the catalog for United Nations documents and publications. Also included are commercial publications and other non-UN sources held in the collection of the Dag Hammarskjold Library. The coverage of UNBISnet is from 1979 onward, however, older documents are being added to the catalog on a regular basis. UNBISnet also provides instant access to a growing number of full text resources in the six official languages of the UN (Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Russian and Spanish), including resolutions adopted by the General Assembly, the Economic and Social Council and the Security Council from 1946 onward. The United Nations Official Document System (ODS) provides full-text access to all types of official United Nations documentation, beginning in 1993. The Full-Text Database now offers all US patents issued since 1790, in the form of searchable patent numbers and current US classifications hyperlinked to full-page images of each page of each patent. USDA CRIS - Current Research Information SystemAnyone can use

Search for ongoing and recently completed research projects sponsored or conducted primarily within the USDA and State university agricultural research system. The NIH HNRIM (Human Nutrition Research and Information Management) and the ICAR (Inventory of Canadian Agri-Food Research) are also included. [more]
