Daylight saving time returns at 2 a.m. on Sunday, March 10. That means you should move your clocks forward one hour Saturday night before going to bed. It is also recommended that you use this as a reminder to change all batteries in fire alarms and carbon monoxide detectors.

FLU SHOTS – Employees can self-enter their flu shots. Once they click on ‘flu shots” in the portal, they will see where they can enter it. The trick is to not back date it. Have them put in the date they are entering it.
REAL APPEAL – We receive a monthly list from Real Appeal of those who have completed the required session (10). If they were not on that list and feel they should have been, they can contact RA and have them send proof of their sessions completed. Once they get that, they can forward it to Wellness and we will upload the points.
SYNCING A DEVICE – On the main page of the portal, employees can either click on “Connect Your Devices” or “Connect Apple Watch” to help track steps. Please note that steps taken prior to the date they connect their device, will not sync. They will need to upload those manually.

Did you know that Ellis Library is the second most visited building on Campus? Over 6,000 students use Ellis on a typical school day, and another 2,000 students use specialized libraries that serve Engineering, Geological Sciences, Health Sciences, Journalism, Mathematical Sciences, The Missourian and Veterinary Medicine. Yes – Libraries are the heart of the academic experience, and Great Universities have Great Libraries!!
