Columns: One column visible with nine lines and two columns visible with three lines (recto). Two columns with thirteen lines visible (verso). Bounding lines visible plus additional lines 5 mm on either side of grid.

Ruling: Ruling marks tops of letters as well as base, 4 mm apart.

Material: Parchment 
Notes: Additional vertical lines (5 mm apart), 40 mm from left grid; interlinear script contemporary with main hand, marginal script in brown ink is slightly later in Latin
