As of 10/24/19 Accounts Payable Shared Services has updated the travel reimbursement meal allowances policy. For overnight travel within the State of Missouri, meals will be reimbursed on a per diem basis of $50.00 per day regardless of destination. For more information please see the website.

Digital Services welcomes Ying Hu as the Digital Services Library Information Specialist, Senior. She replaces Mitch Sumner, whose last day was August 1. Ying began working in Digital Services as a Library Information Specialist last October. In her new position, she will supervise student workers performing digitization work.

We will be welcoming a new part-time Library Information Specialist – Britany Saunders – next week. This is a position in Digital Services, and Felicity Dykas will be her supervisor.

I’m excited to announce that Taylor Kenkel will be the new Technical Services Librarian, i.e. ILS Manager, starting October 1. After they begin, we’ll be reaching out to schedule visits to UMKC, UMSL, and MS&T.  Thanks everyone for your participation in the process.
