MyHR is scheduled to be down for maintenance from 12am on Saturday (11/18) to 8am on Monday (11/20). Since this corresponds with the end of the pay period; those who would normally report time over the weekend should either report their time for the weekend on Friday, or they should make arrangements with their supervisor to enter their time come Monday morning. If you supervise student workers who might report their time over the weekend, please let them know about the outage.
Also, for those that approve biweekly payroll, please remember that next week is an approval week. If you are going to be gone for the holiday, please make arrangements with either your supervisor or myself to approve your direct reports time once approvals open on Monday.
