Ingolf Gruen, associate professor of food chemistry, will present his research on ice cream as part of the MU Libraries Faculty Lecture Series on Thursday, June 10 at 1 p.m. in the Ellis Library 1st Floor Colonnade. In this presentation, Dr. Gruen will show that ice cream can not only be a part of a healthy diet, but may become the “Health Food of the Future”.
