Mike Stayton’s last day will be Friday, December 5. He’s moving back to the City of Bridges – Pittsburgh, PA.
You can elect to receive your W2 electronically this year. This will allow you have access to your W2 as soon as it is created. To make this election, login to myHR [https://myhr.umsystem.edu] and navigate to Self Service > Payroll and Compensation > W-2/W-2c Consent to provide your consent. If you provide consent, and later wish to receive a paper copy of your W-2, you may withdraw your consent at any time prior to December 31, 2014. Paper Form W-2s will be postmarked on or before February 2nd.
You have the opportunity to elect to receive your W2 electronically through myHR. If you choose this option your W2 will be available to you mid January. If you prefer to wait for a paper version, W2s will be postmarked by February 2, 2015. Navigate to Self Service > Payroll and Compensation > W-2/W-2c Consent in myHR to provide your consent.
Campus has rolled out 2 new training modules that must be completed by January 30, 2015. Some Library workstations have had problems running these modules due to a software issue. LTS hopes to have a fix in place by Monday, November 24. An email will be sent to all staff once the fix has been deployed.

Chris Montgomery's last day with the MU Libraries was October 31. She has joined the Corporate and Foundation Relations staff as Researcher/Grant Writer.
