You have the opportunity to elect to receive your W2 electronically through myHR. If you choose this option your W2 will be available to you mid January. If you prefer to wait for a paper version, W2s will be postmarked by February 2, 2015. Navigate to Self Service > Payroll and Compensation > W-2/W-2c Consent in myHR to provide your consent.
