You can elect to receive your W2 electronically this year. This will allow you have access to your W2 as soon as it is created. To make this election, login to myHR [https://myhr.umsystem.edu] and navigate to Self Service > Payroll and Compensation > W-2/W-2c Consent to provide your consent. If you provide consent, and later wish to receive a paper copy of your W-2, you may withdraw your consent at any time prior to December 31, 2014. Paper Form W-2s will be postmarked on or before February 2nd.
