This 10-week program uses mind-body practices (meditations and yoga), mindful and intuitive eating, skills training, and group support to guide you in making lifestyle. Ride to Wellness Program
This program is designed for University of Missouri faculty and staff to get moving by counting their bicycle miles. For $20, participants will receive an odometer and a log book. Once you reach 500 miles, you get to keep the odometer and you’ll receive a T-shirt, certificate and a $20 rebate. There are a variety of prizes for every additional 500 miles—with no limit. The wellness program offers eight-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction classes at minimal cost to employees looking to manage today’s busy lifestyles in a healthy way.
