The ad hoc communications audit group will be hosting 2 open forums to discuss the communications audit report.
As Ann Riley takes on the role of Acting Director of the MU Libraries, effective July 1, 2015, other staffing changes will be necessary to help balance out her responsibilities. Changes are listed below. New org charts will be online shortly.
– Access Services will report to Jeannette Pierce.
– Digital Services and Trenton Boyd will report to Mike Holland.
– Corrie Hutchinson will assume responsibility as Acting Head of the ACTS division.
– Brian Cain, Abbie Brown, Sheryl Cullina, Ernest Shaw, Ellen Blair, Shannon Cary, Mark Ellis and Pat Jones will report to Ann Riley.
– Matt Gaunt will continue to report to Jim Cogswell.
PeopleSoft bundle updates will be applied to the PeopleSoft HR system this weekend during the normal outage window (6 pm Saturday – noon Sunday). During this time, myHR and PRD (where you approve time) will be unavailable. Barring any issues, all environments will be restored and working as normal Sunday afternoon.
The University of Missouri will be officially observing the July 4 holiday on Friday, July 3. The MU Libraries will be closed both Friday July 3 and Saturday July 4. For those of you who do not work a standard Monday – Friday schedule, please be sure to manage your time to account for the paid holiday on Friday, July 3 and the closure on Saturday, July 4.
