Volunteers Needed for Homecoming Open House
If you are interested in helping out with this year’s MU Libraries Homecoming Open House at Ellis Library, please contact Sheila Voss at vosss@missouri.edu. Volunteers will receive a pair of Concert Series tickets. The open house will be held from 10 am-noon (time to be confirmed closer to the event) on Saturday, Oct. 26.

MU Libraries Birthday Card Photo Contest
The MU Libraries development office sends birthday cards to many of our donors and supporters.
We are encouraging staff members to submit photos that highlight the state of Missouri. These photos need to be high-resolution and color. The winning image will be used on our personalized birthday cards.
Please limit your submissions to five photos per person.
The photographer who submits the winning image will receive two Concert Series tickets or a $25 gift certificate to the University Bookstore.
The deadline is 5 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 20. Send submissions (or questions) to Shannon Cary at carysn@missouri.edu.

Arden and Peters Win Photo Contest
Congratulations to Adrienne Arden, the winner of this year’s Development Birthday Card photo contest. Her photo will be featured on the 201s MU Libraries birthday cards. She also received two Concert Series tickets for her efforts.
In addition, another photo was chosen to be used by Development for blank note cards. Congrulations to Kathy Peters. Her photo was chosen for this note cars. She will also receive two Concert Series tickets.
Next year the winner could be you, so plan on submitting your Missouri photo at the end of next year.
