Healthy for Life Weekly Update

Final Healthy for Life weekly email

It has been a stimulating and rewarding few years for the Healthy for Life Team—we hope you can say the same—but this is the last weekly digest we will be emailing to you. We are already launching new communications tools to advertise the same great information, like our new Let’s Talk Total Rewards blog where daily articles are posted. Please use the “Subscribe” feature on the right-hand side of the blog’s homepage to have articles delivered to your email inbox every day. And, we hope you’ll encourage your colleagues to subscribe, too.

Thank you for reading and sharing our news over the years. We look forward to many great years to come! This isn’t the end. We’ll still be in touch—just in different ways, including different types of emails.

Healthy for Life presentations and workshops

If you are looking for guest speakers at your department or staff meetings, the Healthy for Life Team will speak to your group about campus wellness programs. Wellness workshops are also available on several other topics, such as stress management, physical activity, and healthy food choices. Please contact the Columbia Wellness Program Coordinator Blaine Snow (snowb@umsystem.edu) or 573-884-2402 for more information.
