Each month, HR will be presenting information about the changes in the MU benefit and in the retirement plan to the Board of Curators. I would encourage everyone to listen to the archived audio and to the PowerPoint slides from the Sept. 23, 2010 meeting where there was discussion about the retirement plan and about the cost increases in the medical plan:

This second link is a discussion at the St Louis campus about the recent MU Benefits survey. This same PowerPoint presentation was given at the Department Heads Retreat last August, the HR talk on Election Day, and at the Faculty Council meeting earlier this month. It provides clues on what we might see happen to MU benefits in the next few years.
