Slow Food Katy Trail tours this Sunday, July 19

Join Slow Food Katy Trail Sunday, July 19, as we spend the afternoon exploring some of the farms that supply fresh, sustainably grown food to the Central Missouri region. This tour is designed to acquaint you with local farmers and give you an up-close look at their production methods and farming styles. "On select Friday nights, MizzouRec opens facilities to the Mizzou community and their family members. Children (younger than 18) are welcome in Tiger Grotto, 50M Pool, sport activity court, and the indoor running track.
