Do you prefer audio books over print? Apparently many readers in the UK do. The Guardian reports that last year the sale of print books dropped while there was growth in audio book sales.

The library at the University of Southern Denmark recently discovered that 3 books in their collection have high levels of arsenic in their covers. The books date back to the 1500s and 1600s. Micro x-ray fluorescence discovered the poison while library personnel were trying to determine if the materials used to make the covers were old documents that could be read. What a surprise! :0
