Vinegar Valentines

Apparently during the Victorian Era people would send mean-spirited Valentines, called Vinegar Valentines, to other people. Some were supposed to be funny, but some appear rather insulting. Quite an anti-Valentine’s Day gesture.

South Pole Little Free Library

The South Pole now has a Little Free Library! It is the first on Antarctica. Excellent news for travelers to the South Pole who may not bring enough reading materials. ๐Ÿ˜‰
