The nice thing about these is you can go quick and even healthier by changing up the breaded chicken tenders for grilled and making up your own special dressing made to your taste and even get healthier wraps! Enjoy!

Another healthier choice for the New Year- I love both Kale ( in soups) and Salmon so I think this one is one I will be making! A friend mentioned checking out the various types of Kale to get the best flavor for you. Some can be more bitter than others.
