Tiger Treasures Rummage Sale June 4

Don't miss the Tiger Treasures sale on June 4!

 

A collaboration between the University of Missouri, the City of Columbia and participating non-profit agencies, Tiger Treasures collects and sells unwanted items donated by students departing for the summer from MU Residential Life facilities and Greek houses. The project diverts tons of material from the landfill and proceeds from the sale benefit local charitable agencies.

 

When & Where:
Saturday, June 4th
6am, Early birds donate $5
7am-11am, Free and open to the public

Celebrate National Pollinator Week with a Native Pollinators Dinner and Fundraiser on June 19!  There will be a tour at 5 p.m. following by dinner at 6 p.m.  Special guest speaker Dr. Gary Nabhan.  RSVP with dietary restrictions by June 1 to University Events at 882-1989 or events@missouri.edu.

What do you do when you’re not at MU/Mizzou?

 

Do you paint, play music, ride horses, or create custom fishing poles? If so, the Staff Advisory Council Annual Arts and Crafts Showcase wants you!

 

Each participant will display their talent during our three day event, May 24-26, during Staff Recognition Week.  It is fun, informative, and a great way to celebrate the many talented staff members here at Mizzou.

 

Important Information:

 

Location:  Stotler Lounge, Memorial Union

 

Showcase Set Up:  8:30am – 11:30am, Tuesday, May 24

Grand Opening:  12:00pm – 1:00pm, Tuesday, May 24
Demonstrations:  12:00pm – 1:00pm, May 24 – 26 (or whenever you can make it)
Display Tear Down:  NO EARLIER THAN 4:00pm, Thursday, May 26
