Theft at the Truman Presidential Library

The FBI’s Kansas City office is seeking information about a theft at the Truman Presidential Library that happened in…1978. Apparently some ceremonial swords were taken. It is unclear to me what effort was made to recover the swords when the crime occurred. A reward is being offered, though, so double-check any ceremonial swords you may have.

Cookbook for Cat Lovers?

Here is something unique: a cookbook with recipes inspired by cat food. This cookbook is freely available online and was released by Fancy Feast. The recipes sound good but this all feels a bit strange.

Bookmobile Camel

We’ve all seen traditional bookmobiles, but what about a camel delivering books? There is one in part of rural Pakistan being used to deliver books to children staying home due to the pandemic. Reminds me of the the pack horse librarians of the WPA during the Great Depression. ๐Ÿ™‚
