There seems to be no search engine for podcasts yet, but there are a few links that lead to podcasts. One is just to the left of the box where you type in your email address if you wish to subscribe to the newsletter. The other is on the upper right corner "Best Podcasts." There are several medical related podcasts and I found several created especially for nurses.
