Recipe of the week: Kale and Salmon Caesar Salad

Another healthier choice for the New Year- I love both Kale ( in soups) and Salmon so I think this one is one I will be making! A friend mentioned checking out the various types of Kale to get the best flavor for you. Some can be more bitter than others.
