I stumbled across a really cool You tube channel and food blog called Savoring the Past – Fun recipes from Europe etc. with bits of history thrown in. Once you click on the link scroll down just a bit and you will see the Chicken Salad Recipe. Really cool blog and their You tube channel shows you how to make the recipes!
