The NDSA Innovation award winners were announced. They will receive their award at the Digital Preservation 2014 meeting July 22, 2014. The winners are:
- Institution: National Software Reference Library, National Institute for Standards and Technology
- Project: XFR STN (Transfer Station), The New Museum
- Individual: Trevor Muñoz, University of Maryland
- Future Steward: Emily Reynolds, World Bank
