Caught in the Act: Results
The Caught in the Act was a simple staff appreciation program where Wellness Ambassadors were asked to recognize fellow employees for being ‘caught in the act’ of a random act of wellness. Activities could be simple or complex. Employees were caught taking the stairs, mentoring a co-worker, drinking more water, hosting a plank challenge and so many more! Over the course of the program 187 Wellness Ambassadors submitted an impressive 632 random acts of wellness! Healthy for Life would like to thank ambassadors for participating and congratulate all those who were nominated.
Healthy for Life has created a webpage devoted to the Caught in the Act program. Similar to the easy action steps for each Culture of Health priority area, compiled here you will find activities that employees are engaging in on all University of Missouri Campuses. Select ‘see more ways UM employees were caught….’ under each priority area to see a full listing of activities and highlights from each campus.
Look for Caught in the Act next spring!
