SDC is proud to let you know there are six staff development programs scheduled between now and the end of May. Come and learn stretches designed to work without causing harm. Special emphasis will be placed on taking care of one’s knees, lower back, and wrists while engaging in gardening and landscaping activities.
Also, there is a date/time change for the session by MU Extension. The program will now take place on Tuesday, April 27, from 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., in room 4F51-A Ellis Library.
