Taking Care of You: Body, Mind, Spirit

Good intentions to take care of yourself can be pushed out of reach by demands on your time and attention.  You may overextend yourself trying to meet the needs of others, face daily responsibilities or live up to expectations.  This can lead to feeling stressed or burned out. Taking Care of YOU is an eight-week MU Extension program offering practical strategies to deal with life’s stress and understand the mind-body connection. Fridays at 12-1pm Sept 6-October 25, Room 226 Heinkel Building.  Bring your lunch. Fee $30. Contact Amy Lake lakea@missouri.edu 573-239-0654 to register. See attached flyer for details.
