Act Healthy Class Will Be Offered in Ellis Library

I’ve just signed up to be a co-leader for a new research study called Act Healthy. People enrolled in the study will receive $40 in gift cards and those in the treatment group will attend 6 health classes over the lunch hour. People in previous classes improved sleep habits, quit nail biting, started exercising, and practiced patience in relationships – all kinds of healthy things. Read below for more information.
