Memorial Union Various Rooms.
$16 for 4-week session

-Range of Motion (Hips/Shoulders)
-Belly Jiggle Shaping
-Back Strength and Tension Prevention
-Leg Strength and Flexibility
-Spontaneity and humor
-Each day is determined by -WHAT we as a collective are needing (example nursing injuries, caring for places of stress, being “bad” with our “bad” selves or juxtaposed owning our awesomeness)

-Fluid Progression
-Works basics that work you (and you remember the next day that you did it!)…appearances can be deceiving, this class is not an easy button, but is also not a boot camp with torture tactics in play
-Ideal for people who have not done yoga in 6 weeks OR EVER
-Works every joint and muscle in your body
-Prepares you for the semester ahead (physically, mentally, psychologically, emotionally, and energetically)

35 Spaces Required To Be FULL for session to “RUN”
Pre-registration is required by Jan. 27, 2012.
Yoga mats and a change of clothing are suggested.
