Express Printing Station Now Available at Ellis Library

Ellis Library has a new express printing station, which is located at the column by the West Reference Desk. This workstation is for printing only and does not require a login. Users will be able to access Word, Powerpoint, Excel and MU Web sites, including MU webmail, ERes and Blackboard. Thumb drives/flash drives can be used.

January Staff Spotlight

This month the MULSA Board has initiated the Staff Spotlight Award, meant to recognize our co-workers for all they do to promote the mission and goals of MU Libraries—just by doing their jobs.

Recipients names will be drawn randomly on a monthly basis (one Ellis, one branch). If your name is drawn you will be contacted for permission to recognize you in this way. Participate as much or as little as you are comfortable with.

Our inaugural recipients for the monthly Staff Spotlight Award are: Nina Johnson and Ruth Feldkamp.

Nina Johnson works in the Columbia Missourian Newspaper Library, and has worked for MU Libraries since August 1997.

Ruth Feldkamp works at Ellis Library in the Physical Processing & Preservation Unit. She began working for MU Libraries as a student in 2005, then became full-time staff in 2007.

To read more about either or both of our Spotlight Award recipients, see the article in the MUSEblog at http://mulibraries.missouri.edu/muse.
