Goodbye to Amanda McConnell, Information Services Librarian, HSL. Amanda accepted a position as head of the Circulation Department at the Lawrence Public Library in Kansas.
A reminder from the Payroll Office to update your address for the year. Please login to myHR (https://myhr.umsystem.edu) and verify your home address for W-2 mailing purposes. If you have a mailing address different than your home address and you want your W-2 mailed to that mailing address, please enter a mailing address. If the only address listed is correct, then you need not make any changes, the W-2 will be routed to that address. Changes submitted after December 30 cannot be guaranteed for the W-2 distribution.
A follow-up to this note regarding the website. After you sign on, you will be prompted to “opt-in” or “opt-out” of the Emergency Notification. Please select your choice and the rest of the website will then open up for review and updates.
The search for the System Support Analyst position, SCARaB, has been cancelled. The applicant pool did not produce a viable candidate and the hiring freeze compels us to reconsider how best to use the position and/or salary line.
