University Libraries Event ChecklistThis form is designed to give us an idea of what resources you will need for your planned event or meeting in the University Libraries. - Form should be submitted to University Libraries Event Team at least 30 days before event.
- All details of event must be finalized at least two weeks before event. The University Libraries reserve the right to cancel event if details are not finalized by this deadline.
- Room details: 114A is the room used for most events in Ellis Library. Maximum occupancy for room is 75. For safety reasons, the Libraries will strictly enforce the occupancy limit.
