{"id":9997,"date":"2016-08-25T20:11:11","date_gmt":"2016-08-25T20:11:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/library.missouri.edu\/newsnotes\/?p=9997"},"modified":"2016-08-25T20:11:11","modified_gmt":"2016-08-25T20:11:11","slug":"low-waste-update","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/library.missouri.edu\/newsnotes\/2016\/08\/25\/low-waste-update\/","title":{"rendered":"Low Waste Update"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\n\tStarting on Monday, August 29, and over the course of the next week or so, MU Operations will remove all wastebaskets from cubicles and private offices in Ellis Library and replace them with desk-side blue recycling bins with smaller black saddle bins that attach to the edge of the recycling bins.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tWhen the new bins are in place, employees are to start putting recyclables into the blue bins and all other trash into the saddle bins. &nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tThey will also will place a trio of larger bins &mdash; one for plastics, aluminum and glass; one for paper; and one for trash &mdash; in central locations in each building.
