The building is finally beginning to go up, after months of utility and foundation work. We’ve been told that the third floor should be up by around the end of April. The company is working on a mock-up of the exterior finishes that will be erected close to the Military Science Building, and groups will be let into the area to see the finishes when they are ready. The planners are working on a summer timeline that will determine when the work will be done to demolish the stairway that is outside of the HSL entrance. We are making plans to relocate some staff during the worst of the noise related to the short-term demolition work.\n<\/p>\n
