\n\tThe Library Managment Team approved the following updated room reservation guidelines, including guidelines for 114A Ellis Library, which were submitted by the Events Team on January 26. These guidelines will also be added to the staff web page.\n<\/p>\n

\n\tEllis Library Room Reservation Guidelines: <\/strong>\n<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. \n\t\tLibrary employees can make a meeting reservation for:<\/p>\n
      \n
    1. \n\t\t\t\tLibrary Departments\n\t\t\t<\/li>\n
    2. \n\t\t\t\tLibrary Committees\/groups\n\t\t\t<\/li>\n
    3. \n\t\t\t\tCampus Committees\/Groups – If a Library employee is a member\n\t\t\t<\/li>\n
    4. \n\t\t\t\tCampus\/University related groups that are granted special permission by the Library Director\n\t\t\t<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    5. \n\t\tWhen making a reservation, please enter:<\/p>\n
        \n
      1. \n\t\t\t\tThe name of the meeting\n\t\t\t<\/li>\n
      2. \n\t\t\t\tThe name of the meeting organizer\n\t\t\t<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
      3. \n\t\tWhen making a recurring meeting, please<\/p>\n
          \n
        1. \n\t\t\t\tPromptly update changes to each meeting – especially if cancelled\n\t\t\t<\/li>\n
        2. \n\t\t\t\tRegularly review the details and evaluate the need to have a recurring reservation\n\t\t\t<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
        3. \n\t\tRooms available for meetings include:<\/p>\n
            \n
          1. \n\t\t\t\t159 Ellis\n\t\t\t<\/li>\n
          2. \n\t\t\t\t4F51A Ellis\n\t\t\t<\/li>\n
          3. \n\t\t\t\t4D11 Ellis\n\t\t\t<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
          4. \n\t\tRooms requiring special permission include:<\/p>\n
              \n
            1. \n\t\t\t\t213 Ellis (Electronic Classroom II) – Instruction Coordinator\n\t\t\t<\/li>\n
            2. \n\t\t\t\tStaff Lounge – MULSA Board\n\t\t\t<\/li>\n
            3. \n\t\t\t\tRoom 201 – Communications Officer\/Building Coordinator\n\t\t\t<\/li>\n
            4. \n\t\t\t\tBookmark Café – Communications Officer\/Building Coordinator\n\t\t\t<\/li>\n
            5. \n\t\t\t\t114A Ellis Library – Communications Officer\/Building Coordinator<\/p>\n
                \n
              1. \n\t\t\t\t\t\tTo be used primarily for library presentations with theater setup, eg. Candidate presentations, Faculty Lecture Series\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
              2. \n\t\tLibrary related events occurring outside of Ellis Library may be listed under “Other”<\/p>\n
                  \n
                1. \n\t\t\t\tPlease include location of event in the name field\n\t\t\t<\/li>\n
                2. \n\t\t\t\tThe “Other” category is informational only\n\t\t\t<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
                3. \n\t\tOutside groups using rooms in Ellis Library<\/p>\n
                    \n
                  1. \n\t\t\t\twill be responsible for all costs incurred (examples: AV rental, catering)\n\t\t\t<\/li>\n
