Healthy for Life is looking for Wellness Ambassadors to champion the new &ldquo;Caught in the Act&rdquo; program (<a href=\"http:\/\/umurl.us\/CITA\">http:\/\/umurl.us\/CITA<\/a>). Caught in the Act is a program that awards faculty and staff for demonstrating random acts of wellness. These employees exemplify what it means to embrace a culture of health at work.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tCaught in the Act supports the University of Missouri System Culture of Health, which makes it a priority for faculty and staff to be active, eat and work healthy, find work-life fit, and empower and appreciate each other. Awardees will receive a certificate from Healthy for Life and be automatically entered into a prize drawing.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<strong>Your role<\/strong>, as a Caught in the Act Champion, is to share the <a href=\"https:\/\/uminfopoint.umsystem.edu\/sites\/hr\/Benefits\/WELL\/CURRENT\/Caughtintheact-Flyer.pdf\">flyer<\/a> and submit colleagues&rsquo; names to Healthy for Life. <strong>January 18 &ndash; February 29<\/strong> you will be able to submit colleagues&rsquo; names via the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.umsystem.edu\/totalrewards\/wellness\/caught_in_the_act_form\">Caught in the Act form.<\/a> Resources are available in the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.umsystem.edu\/totalrewards\/wellness\/wellness_ambassadors\">Wellness Ambassador Portal<\/a>.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tI encourage anyone to sign up to be a Wellness Ambassador in order to champion the Caught in the Act Program. Multiple Wellness Ambassadors in a department is always encouraged! An updated list of Wellness Ambassadors and their locations will be posted later this week.
