Jeannette P., Brian C., Isa Dasho, Kat, Sheryl C., Shannon Cary, Dorothy Carner.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\tPotential Space renovation plan should the student fee pass.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\t\t\t&nbsp;Cyndi Curnutte, from University Space Planning and Design Services, attended the first part of the meeting to review recent developments of Ellis Library Renovation plans.\n\t\t\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t\t\tSome effort had been made to improve sightlines and create a more open feel to the most recent design of the first floor.\n\t\t\t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\tMatt G. &ndash; General updates.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\t\t\tThe Creative Portfolios class that used the Student Library Fee as a class assignment has completed their presentations.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\tOne team&rsquo;s fee promotion concept was considered the best. &nbsp;\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t&nbsp;Jim and Matt will be seeing if they can hire those two team members to help with the actual student fee promotion. &nbsp;\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tSocial Media Committee &ndash; update.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\t\t\tWe have an events page for the student forum this week.\n\t\t\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t\t\tTruman&rsquo;s visit on April 15<sup>th<\/sup> &nbsp;was a huge success.\n\t\t\t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tFunding &ndash; the Library has received $6,000 so far in gifts to help promote the Library Fee.\n\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tLibrary ambassadors<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\t\t\tLast meeting for semester will be 4\/29\/15 &nbsp;\n\t\t\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t\t\tCindy Cotner to take over coordination of ambassadors in the Fall Semester.\n\t\t\t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tForum update &#8211; MSA<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\t\t\tMonday, the Pride hosted a pop-up event in speaker circle. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t200 hot box cookies distributed. &nbsp;\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t\t\tWed and Thur &ndash; MU Libraries will host the same at speaker circle.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\tHarold&rsquo;s donuts 10 &ndash; 12 noon (200 donuts).\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\tBucks ice-cream 100 6 oz bucks ice-cream.\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t\t\tThe event on Thursday will focus on a &ldquo;Save Club Ellis&rdquo; theme and will have a &ldquo;club&rdquo; atmosphere<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\tRed carpet, dj, lights, free food.\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t\t\tStudents will be given survey on the way in.\n\t\t\t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tGPC &ndash; forum Monday May 4<sup>th<\/sup> in Leadership auditorium at 6 p.m.\n\t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Attending, Nancy M., Freddy, Mark, Deb W., Matt G., Cindy C., Bryce M.
