User, Device and App Support\n\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tTechnology &ndash; Infrastructure\n\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tOrganizational Design &amp; Structure\n\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tWeb Standards\n\t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n\tINFORMATION ITEM: Jeannette Pierce officially proposed the reorganization of the RAIS division that has been developed over the past six months.&nbsp; Jeannette will compose an announcement to communicate with staff and will possibly review during the All Staff Meeting next week, if there is time.&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tINFORMATION ITEM: LMT discussed vacancies in various departments throughout the Libraries.&nbsp; They highlighted temporary solutions and resolved to further discuss what might be done in the longer term at a meeting when all members are present.&nbsp; (Ann Riley was absent from this meeting.)\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tINFORMATION ITEM:&nbsp; LMT discussed the tentative agenda for the upcoming All Staff Meeting on January 15:\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\tIntroduce new employees.\n\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tReview of the budget presentation that Jim made to the BAAC.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\t\t\tBudget Allocation Advisory Committee\n\t\t\t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tStudent Library Fee update by Matt Gaunt.\n\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tRenew Mizzou update &ndash; if there is any new information on progress at Jesse Hall.\n\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tUpdate on mold remediation project. &nbsp;\n\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tOther possible topics if there is time on the agenda:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\t\t\tRAIS Reorganization Proposal.\n\t\t\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t\t\tCentennial update\n\t\t\t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n\tThe agenda will be finalized and communicated to staff prior to the meeting.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tINFORMATION ITEM: MU Libraries is assembling a chronology of what transpired between the time MU Libraries discovered the mold and the end of 2014. &nbsp;&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:2.5in\">\n\t&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ACTION ITEM: LMT resolved to recommend Library representation on the following MU IT Transition Subcommittees: Research Technology &ndash;
