MCAC’s mission is to empower Missouri students to go to college and succeed. MCAC does not recruit students to any campus but rather is a “college match” and “best-fit” program, ensuring that students enroll at institutions at which they are most likely to persist and complete. MCAC advisees are enrolled at every campus in Missouri (technical, two-year, and public and private four-year).

In 2015-16, MCAC will partner with 41 high schools statewide, located in three cities, 12 counties, and 27 school districts and will be hiring 18-20 new college advisers.

Eligible candidates will be recent MU bachelor’s level graduates (May 2014, December 2014, Summer 2014, or May 2015).
