The wellness program offers eight-week <b>Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction<\/b> classes at deep discounts to employees looking to manage today&#8217;s busy lifestyles in a healthy way. You will learn mindfulness meditation, yoga, and body scan as well as important information about stress, communication, and wellness.\u00a0\u00a0Cost:\u00a0 $40 for faculty, staff, retirees, and spouses\/partners.
