Join Amy from Ultramax Sports on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays for a midday walk break from 12:30-1 p.m. She will be leading these walks each week through Aug. 11. No registration is needed and all activity levels are welcome!\u00a0 This is free and anyone who attends 12 times in 6 weeks will get a free T-shirt. They can tailor their talks or workshops to meet your department\u2019s needs and time constraints. Their presentations are interactive to keep your employees engaged. It\u2019s easy to get started. Healthy for Life has FREE walking kits that provide directions to lead a walking group or competition. If you\u2019re interested in leading a group or competition, email Blaine at <a href=\"mailto:SnowB@umsystem.edu\">SnowB@umsystem.edu<\/a>.
