You only have until Apr. 30, 2013 to complete your personal health assessment, free health screening and 240 minutes of everyday activity. These steps don\u2019t take long, so act now. Active, primary subscribers to the UM health plans will receive $100 in a tax-favored account to use for medical expenses in 2013 Benefit Plan year. The three lab visits will include questionnaires, an interview, and measures of leg speed and strength. Completing all the visits will take a total of about 6 hours.
