Sign up NOW for the next program and learn skills for responding to stress with greater ease and creativity. Formal mindfulness skills (meditation, yoga, body scan) and information about stress, communication, and wellness become your tools for greater health and enthusiasm for life. City Cycling Class is taught by League of American Bicyclists Certified Instructors who are very experienced in all aspects of biking for transportation and recreation.  Whether you are an experienced cyclist or just bike curious, City Cycling will help you bike more, stay active and be Healthy for Life!<\/p>\n<p>Class covers:<br \/>\n\u2022     The rules of the road for safe and legal biking.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022    Improve safety and avoid crashes through bike handling skill drills.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022     Put your new biking expertise to work with an instructor guided ride around town to familiarize you with the rules of the road and bike friendly routes.<\/p>\n<p>City Cycling is a five-hour course available as one weekend morning or two evening sessions. City Cycling consists of on-bike and lecture portions. Class setting and pace are non-competitive, laid back and casual.<\/p>\n<p>Registration\/Tuition: \u2013 Pre-registration is required. Tuition is $50 for the 5 hour course due at time of registration; HFL will reimburse $25 upon class completion.
