In this workshop,  Sarah Steiner and Cliff Landis will show you how to design and implement  a social media plan that meets the needs of your patrons and also fits  the capacity of your staff. With guidance for assessing your library  users\u2019 needs and getting stakeholders on board, you\u2019ll be able to build a  strategy from the ground up.
