Part II begins Jan. 5 and will be conducted by Phil Shearrer, <em>Debono Thinking Tools <\/em><sup>TM<\/sup> Consultant. \u00a0Phil also works as a Leadership Development Specialist at MU\u2019s Women and Children\u2019s Hospital. There is no charge to the library for Phil\u2019s presentations.<\/p>\n<p>Phil\u2019s sessions will be half-day skill-building workshops on how to facilitate different meeting types:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>How to run a problem-solving meeting, Jan. 5, 8:00 a.m. \u2013 12:00 p.m., 4F51-A Ellis Library;<\/li>\n<li>How to run a decision-making meeting Jan. 12, 8:00 a.m. \u2013 12:00 p.m., 4F51-A Ellis Library;<\/li>\n<li>How to run a creative thinking meeting Jan. 26, 8:00 a.m. \u2013 12:00 p.m., 4F51-A Ellis Library;<\/li>\n<li>How to run a group self-assessment meeting Feb. 2, 8:00 a.m. \u2013 12:00 p.m., 4F51-A Ellis Library<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These sessions will be particularly useful for individuals who serve in leadership roles, e.g., committee chairs, supervisors. However, all library employees are invited to participate. Space is still available.
