All faculty and staff are welcome on a drop-in basis, and no previous experience with meditation is necessary. Now is your chance! <em>Healthy for Life<\/em> has Walking Tool Kits hot off the press that will provide you with the tools to begin a walking group or walking challenge in your department. Get your colleagues moving, building camaraderie, and getting healthy. E.
