Participants will discuss how <em>only one<\/em> of those types contributes to real dialogue. Participants will increase awareness of the skills needed to promote energetic and resourceful conversations even on difficult topics.<\/p>\n<p>For this and other skills workshops, attendance is voluntary and open to all library employees, per supervisor approval.
