Building functional intrinsic strength, movement is empowered by linking breath and consciousness for a life changing mind body connection.<\/p>\n<p>Core Conditioning<br \/>\nTuesdays, Memorial Union 12:10-12:50pm<br \/>\nMarch 1 &#8211; 22<br \/>\nCost is $12<\/p>\n<p>This session JUST started &#8211; you may still join!<\/p>\n<p>Work to build more than definition by strengthening your practice, centering yourself, and honing life skills. Proceeds benefit research of smoking-related disease through the University of Missouri\u2019s Division of Pulmonary\/Critical Care &amp; Environmental Medicine. The Run\/Walk will be located at the <strong>Quarterdeck Building<\/strong> on Lemone Industrial Blvd in Columbia. The cost is <strong>$5 for students, $15 for individuals, or $25 for families (kids and pets welcome), <\/strong>which includes a free T-shirt for participants. To register, go to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.smsg.org\/\">www.smsg.org<\/a> or call 573-882-2101.<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nWalking School Bus<\/strong><br \/>\nA Walking School Bus (WSB) is a group of 5-10 children who walk to school together under adult supervision.\u00a0 PedNet\u2019s Walking School Bus spring program kicks off on Monday, March 7.\u00a0 Eleven Columbia elementary schools are participating.\u00a0 For more information or to sign a child up visit <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pednet.org\/\">www.pednet.org<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nTaking Donated Bicycles<\/strong><br \/>\nGot a new bike for Christmas and don\u2019t know what to do with the old one?\u00a0 Donate it to the PedNet Coalition!\u00a0 The bicycles will be fixed up and used for the Create-A-Commuter program that teaches people how a bicycle can be a healthy, low-cost form of transportation.\u00a0 All sizes welcome.
